During the tour, the attendees will learn about and see the equipment used in the Activated Sludge Process.
The process removes 85 to 95 percent of the solids, reduces the biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) by about
85 to 95 percent and the uses microorganisms for the microbiological treatment of wastewater. This is by far
the most natural and effective process for removing wastes from water

Development Hours for continuing education requirements in NY, PA, NJ and National Model States.
